Aitificer introduction: your first project from setup to publish

Before you start

  • An Aitificer account (free trial or paid plan)
  • A brand, project, or creator profile you want to produce content for
  • Optional: brand guidelines, tone-of-voice documents, or visual references to upload

Step-by-step workflow

1

Create your first project

  • Open the Aitificer dashboard and click Create project.
  • Choose a project type: Brand (for companies and products), Creator (for personal brands and influencers), or Hybrid (for projects that combine both).
  • Give your project a clear name that identifies the brand or persona.

2

Set up your project details

  • Define your target audience — who you are creating content for.
  • Set the tone of voice — how your brand sounds (formal, conversational, bold, etc.).
  • Add core messaging — key value propositions and talking points.
  • Enter key URLs — your website, social profiles, and important landing pages.
  • [Screenshot: project setup screen with audience, tone, messaging, and URL fields]
3

Add knowledge sources

  • Navigate to the Knowledge section of your project.
  • Add URLs that Aitificer should reference (product pages, blog posts, competitor pages).
  • Upload documents such as brand guidelines, offer descriptions, FAQs, or strategy decks.
  • Add text snippets for quick reference material that does not live in a file.
  • The better your inputs, the more accurate and on-brand your generated content will be.

4

Add tone of voice samples

  • In the Knowledge section, add example content that represents your brand voice.
  • These can be past social posts, newsletter excerpts, ad copy, or any text that sounds like you.
  • Aitificer uses these samples to match your voice when generating new content.

5

Add style references

  • Upload visual examples that define your brand look.
  • Assign a role to each reference: Inspiration (general direction), Approved style (confirmed visual language), or Identity anchor (core brand identity that must always be reflected).
  • Style references help Aitificer generate graphics and video that match your visual identity.

6

Build your context pack

  • Once your knowledge, tone samples, and style references are in place, click Refresh Semantic Index.
  • Wait for the index to finish processing your materials.
  • Then click Build Context Pack to create the unified context that powers all generation.
  • Rebuild the context pack whenever you make significant changes to your knowledge base.

7

Auto-generate project prompts

  • Aitificer can generate optimized prompts based on your project context.
  • Use auto-generated prompts as a starting point, then customize them for specific campaigns or content types.
  • Prompts are tailored to your audience, tone, and messaging based on the context pack you built.

8

Create your first content

  • Navigate to the Generate section.
  • Choose what to create: Copy (text content), Graphic (images), or Video (short-form video).
  • Select or customize a prompt, then generate multiple variants.
  • Review the outputs, pick the strongest ones, and save them to your Posts.

9

Review and publish

  • Open the Posts section to review saved content.
  • Approve posts that are ready, refine those that need edits.
  • Set target platforms for each post.
  • Move to SM Schedule to set publishing dates and times.
  • Use the content queue to manage your publishing pipeline.

Common mistakes to avoid

  • Skipping the context pack build — generation quality depends on it.
  • Adding low-quality or irrelevant knowledge sources that dilute the context.
  • Publishing generated content without reviewing tone and factual accuracy.
  • Forgetting to rebuild the context pack after major knowledge updates.

Frequently asked questions

How long does it take to set up a project?

A basic project can be ready in 10-15 minutes. The more knowledge and references you add upfront, the better the results.

Can I change the project type later?

Yes. You can adjust the project type and settings at any time from the project configuration screen.

Do I need to rebuild the context pack every time I add something?

Only when you make significant changes. Small additions can wait, but always rebuild after uploading major documents or changing core messaging.

What file formats can I upload as knowledge?

Aitificer supports common document formats including Markdown, PDF, and text files. Check the Knowledge section for the full list of supported formats.
