AITIFICER provides software for AI-assisted content operations, including project setup, knowledge handling, generation, scheduling, and related workflow tools.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must use the service lawfully and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity performed under it.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not use AITIFICER for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or infringing activity.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.
• Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.
• Do not use the service to impersonate others, distribute malware, or evade restrictions.

4. User content

You retain ownership of content you upload to AITIFICER. You grant us a limited right to host, process, transmit, and use that content as needed to operate the service and fulfill your requests.

5. AI-generated output

AITIFICER helps produce AI-assisted outputs, but you are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing or relying on them. We do not guarantee factual accuracy, originality, legal compliance, SEO performance, or suitability for any specific purpose.

6. Plans, credits, and billing

Some features may require an active subscription or platform credits. Credit pricing, limits, and plan availability may change over time. If billing is enabled, paid features may be suspended when credits are exhausted or invoices remain unpaid.

All purchases — including subscriptions, credit boost packs, and any other paid features — are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase you acknowledge that no refunds will be issued, whether for unused credits, partial billing periods, or plan downgrades. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will retain access until then.

7. Beta features

Parts of AITIFICER may be offered in alpha, beta, or preview form. These features may change, be unstable, or be removed without notice.

8. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

9. Intellectual property

The AITIFICER platform, branding, design, software, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as expressly allowed, you may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from the service itself.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for the service or other users, or if we are legally required to do so. You may stop using the service at any time.

11. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AITIFICER will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.
