1. Who we are
AITIFICER is an AI content operations platform for teams and creators. If you have privacy-related questions, you can contact us at contact@aitificer.com .
2. What data we collect
We may collect the following categories of personal data:
- Contact details such as your name and email address when you join the waitlist, contact us, or create an account.
- Account and authentication data, including Google sign-in information such as email address, profile name, and basic account identifiers.
- Project and content data that you upload or generate inside the platform, including prompts, knowledge sources, briefs, images, videos, and generated copy.
- Technical and usage data such as browser type, device data, approximate geolocation derived from IP, referral source, and interactions with the platform.
- Payment and subscription metadata when billing is enabled, such as plan, subscription status, and credit balance. We do not store full card numbers.
3. How we use your data
- To operate, maintain, and improve the AITIFICER platform.
- To create and manage accounts, workspaces, projects, and access rights.
- To process waitlist signups and send onboarding or product updates.
- To generate content and fulfill user requests using selected AI providers.
- To monitor reliability, prevent abuse, investigate errors, and secure the service.
- To communicate important service, billing, or policy updates.
4. Legal bases
Depending on your location, we process personal data based on one or more of the following legal grounds: consent, the need to perform a contract with you, compliance with legal obligations, and our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving AITIFICER.
5. Third-party services and processors
We use selected infrastructure and software providers to run AITIFICER. These providers process data only as needed to support the service.
- Supabase for authentication, database, and backend functions.
- Render for hosting the Aitificer application.
- Resend for waitlist and transactional email delivery.
- Stripe for future subscription and payment processing.
- OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI, and fal for AI generation features requested by users.
6. Google API User Data & Limited Use Compliance
AITIFICER allows users to sign in and authenticate using their Google accounts. If you authorize AITIFICER to access your Google user data, we will use this information solely to provide and improve the platform's features, such as account setup, workspace collaboration, and integrations you explicitly request.
AITIFICER's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We do not sell, rent, or trade Google user data to third parties, and we do not use it for serving advertisements.
7. AI-generated content and uploaded materials
If you use AITIFICER to upload source material or generate content, that data may be transmitted to third-party AI providers selected by you or configured in the product flow. We use that data only to fulfill your request, improve platform workflows, and support product operations.
8. Cookies, local storage, and analytics-like data
We may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, improve performance, and understand how the website and application are used.
9. Data retention
We retain personal data only for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods may vary by data type and account status.
10. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, update, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, and to request data portability. You may also withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis for processing.
If you signed in using your Google account, you can revoke AITIFICER's access to your data at any time through the Google Security Settings page at myaccount.google.com/permissions. You can also request complete deletion of your account and all associated Google user data by emailing us at contact@aitificer.com.

11. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. International transfers
Your data may be processed in countries other than your own, depending on where our infrastructure providers or AI partners operate. Where required, we take reasonable steps to protect transferred data.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date on this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
